Direct Sales Veteran Liliana Arce Tapped to Lead Regal Ware’s Saladmaster Division

Liliana Arce will serve as Vice President and General Manager of Saladmaster

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (February 10, 2022) – Regal Ware, an American-owned marketing and manufacturing company anchored in the food and beverage industry, bringing premium products to families since 1945, welcomes Liliana Arce as Vice President and General Manager of Saladmaster. Prior to joining the team, Arce was the Vice President of Marketing for Thirty-One Gifts and before that, spent 18 years in leadership positions at Tupperware Brands Corporation. 

“I’m incredibly excited to join Regal Ware and the Saladmaster team,” said Arce. “I’ve always been passionate about direct sales and the entrepreneurial spirit. Saladmaster is a shining example of both of these, creating opportunities for small business owners around the world. I look forward to being a part of this organization and helping propel Saladmaster to the next level.” 

Arce received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from the University of Central Florida. Her MBA is from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Giving back to the community is a priority for Arce. She was a Board Member and Public Speaker for Junior Achievement. Awards and honors include the Grand Prix at the Transformation Awards for Tupperware Brands Branding and the Chairman’s Award of Excellence for Tupperware Brands. 

During her time with Tupperware, Arce spent 11 years overseeing marketing for the USA and Canada divisions, then moved on to the global side, first for the Americas, adding a focus on Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. She then served in the same role in Asia, supporting India, Australia, New Zealand, China, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines. 

In her role as Vice President and GM of Saladmaster Arce will provide strategic direction and leadership to facilitate and achieve the financial objectives of the business, reporting directly to Regal Ware President & Chief Executive Officer, Ryan Reigle.
