Saladmaster Appoints Veteran Executive to Oversee Global Operations Fort Worth, TX, (April 23, 2018)

 

 

 

 

Saladmaster is pleased to announce Ayo Olaseinde as the newly appointed President, effective May 1, 2018. As President, Olaseinde will be responsible for the global sales and operations of Saladmaster, which now extends to over 40 countries. He will report directly to Ryan Reigle, Group Vice President - Direct Sales. 

Olaseinde has over 35 years of direct selling experience and has spent the last 14 years with Saladmaster. He has served as President of Saladmaster UK, Ltd., which is located in Stafford, England, UK since 2016, in addition to overseeing the European, Middle Eastern and Africa (EMEA) markets. Due to his leadership, the EMEA Division has been one of Saladmaster's fastest growing divisions over the past 10 years. He has expanded the brand through distribution and development of Independent Authorized Dealerships, by helping people take advantage of the Saladmaster opportunity.

Under Olaseinde's leadership, Saladmaster UK, Ltd. was recognized multiple times by the Direct Selling Association UK as one of the top direct selling organizations in the country, awarded the Excellence Award in 2014 and was a finalist for the Company with Heart award in 2016. Olaseinde was also personally awarded the prestigious Leadership Award in 2015. 

Olaseinde has served on Saladmaster's senior leadership team for the past 4 years and has the reputation of being a trusted leader. The key to his success has been the ability to develop people, inspire teams and help others fulfill their dreams. His wealth of knowledge in the business, along with his experience in various global markets, will be an asset that will continue to build upon Saladmaster's 20+% growth. 

Saladmaster's leadership team unanimously agrees that Olaseinde's leadership experience, strategic thinking and proven ability to deliver results, make him the right person for the position. In helping to execute Saladmaster's strategic plans and by driving sustainable growth, he will leave a lasting impact on the people globally. 

Olaseinde's Executive Leadership Team consists of Mark George, Sr. Vice President, Asia Pacific; Ken Honaker, Vice President and General Manager; Carolyn Evans, Vice President, Marketing; Pidoy Pacis, Vice President, Global Markets; Wayne Fritz, Regional Manager, Americas; and Mark Jones, Executive Sales Director, Saladmaster UK, Ltd. 

Saladmaster's global headquarters will remain in Fort Worth, TX, USA, with EMEA operations remaining in Stafford, England, UK and Canadian operations in Montreal, Québec, Canada. 

Concurrent to Olaseinde's appointment, Ryan C. Reigle, President, Saladmaster, will transition to Group Vice President - Direct Sales, which includes the Saladmaster and Kitchen Fair brands. He will also be joining Regal Ware's Board of Directors. Reigle will remain at the Saladmaster, Fort Worth headquarters, and Olaseinde will office in Stafford, England, UK.
