Regal Ware Adds Two Key Hires To Its Growing Saladmaster Division

Magali Madariaga hired to lead global marketing team as Vice President of Marketing and Abigail Chamorro to serve as Division Comptroller

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (August 23, 2022) – Regal Ware, an American-owned marketing and manufacturing company anchored in the food and beverage industry, bringing premium products to families since 1945, welcomes two new members to the executive table at Saladmaster.  Magali Madariaga will serve as Vice President of Marketing, and Abigail Chamorro will join as Division Comptroller.

Madariaga will be tasked to lead the global marketing team, setting the direction and strategic approach for the dealer to consumer experience.  Prior to joining the team, Madariaga was the Global Senior Director of Brand, Product and Go to Market for the Tupperware Brands Corporation. Before that, she was the Group Vice President of Brands and Licensing at TCC Global. Her vast experience also spans the marketing departments at Mission Foods and PepsiCo.

As Division Comptroller, Chamorro will be tasked with managing the company's financials spanning over 50 countries. This includes collection, analysis and reporting following industry regulations and standards.  Her prior experience includes 12 years at Tupperware where she was the Director of Worldwide Accounting.

The additions of Madariaga and Chamorro demonstrate Regal Ware’s commitment to the continued growth of the Saladmaster brand. “Saladmaster is a well-recognized, ever growing brand and we are not letting our foot off the gas,” says Ryan Reigle, Regal Ware President & Chief Executive Officer. “In fact, we are more determined than ever to bring Saladmaster and a healthier way of cooking to all, and our recent strategic hires speak to this directly.”

Madariaga and Chamorro will report to Liliana Arce, Vice President and General Manager of Saladmaster, who also recently joined the company in January 2022.

“In true Saladmaster fashion, I’m delighted to continue to build a team of motivated, bright people from all over the world,” says Arce. “Magali and Abigail not only understand the value of the sales channel and partnership with the dealers but how to support growth within the company and will help lead our teams down a clearly defined path to success.”

“We are happy to welcome such experienced individuals to be part of Saladmaster's supportive team structure that engages with, and gives back to, the global community by helping educate families on the benefits of healthy living,” says Ayo Olaseinde, President of Saladmaster. “Together, they are helping Saladmaster advance the movement back to healthy, home cooking.”
