Why Having a Dedicated Dealer Beats Impersonal, Online Shopping

As consumers, many of us have developed a bias in favor of online shopping. After all, what’s better than being able to do all your shopping from the comfort of home? Everything you want is conveniently placed at your front door.

However, certain problems have always plagued the online shopping experience: product quality, unclear delivery times, limited payment preferences, unclear website policies, overwhelming options, and simply not being able to effectively communicate with someone knowledgeable about the product.

These problems are not unique to online shopping. Any storefront can have some of the same issues.
