Makes: 2-3 servings

Utensil: 10” EOC

Ingredients:

½ head of napa cabbage

16oz thin sliced beef

10 perilla leaves

4oz enoki mushrooms

1-2 shiitake mushrooms

2 cups vegetable broth, hot

Dipping Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp minced onion

1 tbsp minced red pepper (optional)

Directions:

1. Stack a cabbage leaf, a perilla lead, and a slice of meat on top of each other. Repeat until all the ingredients have been used.

2. Cut the cabbage, perilla leaves, and meat stacks to the height of the skillet when the stacks are turned sideways.

3. Layer the cabbage, perilla leaves, and sliced meat sideways to create a spiral inside of the skillet. Start from the edges and fill in toward the center. Use the mushrooms to decorate and garnish as desired.

4. Pour in the hot vegetable broth, cover, and simmer. When the Vapo-Valve™ clicks and the meat turns brown and the cabbage has softened, it’s done!
