Saladmaster Seafood Stew Pasta Recipe

Saladmaster Seafood Stew Pasta Recipe

If you are looking for a quick and easy mid-week meal that is packed full of flavor, then look no further than the Saladmaster Seafood Stew Pasta. Cooked in the 10” Electric Oil Core Skillet (EOC). This recipe is super simple to make but is sure to impress your family and guests.

Makes: 2-3 servings

Utensil: 10” EOC

Ingredients:

7oz pasta noodles

1 cup tomato sauce

1 tomato, diced

10oz frozen mixed seafood (squids, shrimp, mussels, clams), defrosted

3 pepperoncino peppers

10 garlic cloves (cone#4), sliced

1 green onion (white part), finely chopped

1/3 onion, sliced (cone#4)

 

Directions:

1. Combine water, pasta noodles, and salt in the EOC, and cover, and set temperature to 450°F/230°C.

2. When the Vapo-Valve™ clicks, stir the noodles once and reduce the temperature to 300°F/150°C.

3. Add the garlic, green onions, pepperoncino, tomato sauce, tomatoes, and onion and cover.

4. When the Vapo-Valve™ clicks, add the seafood, cover again, and cook until the Vapo-Valve™ clicks again.

5. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with crushed red pepper and parsley, and serve.
