Saladmaster Beef Stuffed Grilled Eggplant

Create a visually stunning masterpiece but also savor a dish that tantalizes your taste buds. From seasoning the ground beef to preparing the tantalizing sauce, every element comes together effortlessly to create a culinary delight.

Makes: 2-3 servings

Utensil: 10” EOC

Ingredients:

1 eggplant

7oz ground beef

 

Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp cooking wine

1/2 tbsp fish sauce

1/2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp red pepper, finely chopped

1 tbsp green onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp onion, finely chopped

 

Directions:

1. Season the ground beef with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic. Combine all the sauce ingredients to make the sauce.

2. Slice eggplant into 2cm thick slices, cut a hole in the center with a cookie cutter or bottle cap, and fill with the seasoned ground beef.

3. Preheat the 10-inch EOC to 360°F/180°C, then add the eggplant in a single layer and cover.

4. When the Vapo-Valve™ clicks, flip the eggplant over, pour some of the sauce over the eggplant, and cover.
