Regal Ware Welcomes Terry White as Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Region at Saladmaster

Experienced Direct Sales Executive Hire Rounds Out New Hires at Saladmaster

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (May 3, 2022) – Regal Ware, an American-owned marketing and manufacturing company anchored in the food and beverage industry, bringing premium products to families since 1945, welcomes Terry White as the Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Region at Saladmaster.  White formerly held roles at Rodan & Fields Japan, Agora Wine, Toys “R” Us Japan, Amway Japan, and Komorebi Consulting and brings an extensive number of years experience in direct sales and consumer products to Saladmaster, starting in March. 

As SVP, Asia Pacific Region White will acquire new business openings to back Regal Ware’s key direction and coordinate with the growing needs from customers today.  White will be reporting directly to Liliana Arce, Vice President and General Manager of Saladmaster.

“Terry brings a wealth of new knowledge and skills to the team,” said Ayo Olaseinde, President of Saladmaster.  “His experience and expertise will help us expand and diversify Saladmaster’s place in our number one Asia Pacific region.”  

“I am looking forward to joining Regal Ware and the Saladmaster team,” said White. “Utilizing my 20+  years of DM/DS experience in North Asia, I anticipate delivering bottom line growth through organizational development and change at Saladmaster. ” 

“We are delighted to welcome Terry to the Saladmaster team,” said Arce.  “His understanding of the region alongside his direct sales knowledge will help kick start a new chapter of growth for our iconic brand.”

White received a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biochemistry, Physics and Japanese from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. At Komorebi Consulting, he worked with start-ups and established companies defining Customer Experience and Marketing Strategy. While at Agora Wine, White was the Chief Marketing Officer where he worked with Japan’s largest gift catalog company to open a new category. He successfully launched Rodan+Fields in the Japanese market in 2020 and has a long record of innovation for Direct Selling companies in the digital and social media spaces.
