Introducing the Deep Skillet

Saladmaster’s Most Versatile, Multi-Purpose Cookware is Here

The Complete Gourmet Collection has been wildly popular. These limited edition cookware pieces feature the stylish, signature gold accents, which set them apart from our standard sets. Each piece in the collection is a little different from what you would normally see—clever design concepts for the home chef to enjoy. We’re especially excited about the newest addition to the Complete Gourmet Collection.

The Limited Edition 10” Deep Skillet with Utility Rack is truly the most versatile, multi-purpose piece of cookware Saladmaster has ever released. You can roast, bake, broil, grill, and smoke all in one pan! It was specially designed to reduce your need for specialty cooking pieces that only serve one purpose. Make extra room in your kitchen cabinets for other things. Ingredients (such as grains, vegetables or legumes) can cook in the pan while you cook another ingredient, like chicken or fish, on top of the rack. This feature also saves time on cooking and cleanup. Create an environment to cook food separately within the same pan, making it ideal for eaters with different tastes.

If you’re interested in getting your own 10” Deep Skillet, you’ll need to contact an Independent Dealership. They will be happy to show you the 10” Deep Skillet’s many features and benefits. Features, such as...

316Ti – More resistant to corrosion and pitting. Pieces will last a lifetime and maintain their beauty.

Multi-Purpose – You can roast, bake, broil, grill, and smoke all in one pan!  It was specially designed to reduce your need for specialty cooking pieces that only serve one purpose. Make extra room in your kitchen cabinets for other things.

Graduated, larger diameter at top – A wider opening at the top also creates more surface area across the liquid in the pan for faster evaporation. This is helpful for quickly reducing any liquid/sauce to concentrates, like red wine sauce, balsamic vinegar or simple syrup.

2.8 Quart Capacity – Perfect for personal size casseroles, side dishes, etc. Easier to clean than a large, bulky pan will save time and energy. Perfect for customers who don’t need those big pieces.

Raised Cover – Allows for two-level cooking for stuffed vegetables, larger pieces of meat to save time.

Inverts over 7 Qt. Roaster, 11” Large Skillet, and 10” Gourmet – Allows for stack cooking, to save time and energy. Allows you to cook more food, different types of food at the same time with no extra burners... this saves money!

316 SS Rack – Highest quality available steel for a cleaner cooking experience, less resistant to corrosion and reaction. And cleanup will be a breeze since you’ll only have one pan to clean up afterwards.

Raised Rack - When raised in the pan, it allows for ingredients (such as grains, vegetables or legumes) to cook in the pan while you cook another ingredient (such as a protein like chicken or fish) on top of the rack. This saves time on cooking, when you are cooking two ingredients at once, instead of one after another. It also saves time on cleanup.

Inverted Rack – Inverted in the 11” Large skillet so the rack grates are touching the bottom surface of the pan and legs are facing upward, you can use it to GRILL proteins such as chicken, beef or fish. No need to go out in the heat and stand over the grill!
