Limited Edition 4 Qt. Mini Dutch Recipes

Directions:
1. Place cheese blocks in the freezer for 10 min prior to shredding to harden.

2. Once shredded, mix all cheeses in a bowl, add the flour and evenly toss to coat. Set aside.

3. Pour cooking wine and garlic into the Mini Dutch and cook over medium-high heat. Once it starts to simmer, add the spinach and artichokes. Cover until spinach wilts.

4. Stir in the cheese and keep stirring until the cheese is stringy and melted completely.

5. Serve with your choice of fondue dippers mentioned above.

2. Add the onions and celery and cook until translucent, approximately 3-5 minutes.

3. Add the diced tomatoes, broth, water, ketchup, garlic, salt, pepper, pasta, spinach and beans to the Mini Dutch and cover. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.

4. Season to taste and serve.
