Directions:
1. In the Mini Dutch, cook the beef or crumbles until browned and drain excess fat, if necessary.
2. Add the onions and celery and cook until translucent, approximately 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the diced tomatoes, broth, water, ketchup, garlic, salt, pepper, pasta, spinach and beans to the Mini Dutch and cover. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
4. Season to taste and serve.
