Saladmaster Partnership Wins Two Awards at the Direct Selling Awards 2023
Jeff & Marj Tarribal from Bradford have been awarded a national business award (joint winners of the ‘Partnership of the Year’ Award) at the UK’s annual Direct Selling Awards.
The ‘Partnership of the Year’ Award is given to a couple, family or other partnership who have built a successful direct selling business together.
The awards, hosted by the Direct Selling Association (DSA), the UK trade body for direct-to-consumer retail, recognise the best individuals, teams and companies in the UK direct selling industry, which includes brands such as Avon, Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic, Sunrider and The Body Shop at Home.
Direct selling is a £1 billion retail channel in the UK and the latest market reported a 36% increase in the number of people joining direct selling brands in Q1 of 2023. An estimated 500,000 people in the UK now work in direct selling, considered by many to be the ‘original side hustle’, and the average amount earned is £481 per month.
The couple established their business with Saladmaster UK in 2014.
