Remembering Jeffrey Reigle: A Legacy of Leadership, Innovation, and Dedication

Kewaskum, Wisconsin (November 24, 2023) – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jeffrey (Jeff) Reigle, a beloved leader and visionary at Regal Ware, on November 22, 2023.  Jeff, a third-generation descendant of founder J.O. Reigle and the eldest son of James D. Reigle, leaves behind an enduring legacy of excellence and unwavering commitment to his family, his company, and the direct selling industry.

Jeff served as President & CEO of Regal Ware from 1992 to March 2021, during which time he led the company with remarkable integrity, inspiring growth, fostering innovation, and championing continual reinvention. His dedication to building a company that prioritized the well-being of its employees, customers, and communities was a testament to his leadership.

Reflecting on his father’s legacy, Jeff’s son, Ryan Reigle, who succeeded him as CEO, said, “My father was not only a brilliant leader but also a loving husband and father. He set a high standard for us as a family and as a company. His legacy of compassion, innovation, transformation, and commitment to our core values will guide us forward.”

Regal Ware employees also shared their thoughts on their late leader. Joe Swanson, a long-time employee and President of SynergyOps, the manufacturing division of Regal Ware, shared, “Jeff was a remarkable mentor who always encouraged us to explore new ideas and contribute to the growth of the organization. He cared deeply about our personal growth and success and always made us feel like a part of the Regal Ware family.”

Jeff’s dedication extended beyond his company as he actively supported the direct selling industry. Believing in the transformative power of direct selling, he championed diversity within the industry and was inducted into the Direct Selling Association Hall of Fame in June 2018. He served as Chairman of the Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF) from 2004-2005 and as Chairman of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) from 2006-2007. More recently he was Chairman of the DSEF Board since 2019 and a Board Member of FaB Wisconsin.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jeffrey was a proud graduate of Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin, earning his bachelor’s degree in business in 1973.

Jeff Reigle’s enduring legacy of leadership, dedication, and innovation will continue to inspire and guide Regal Ware as it moves forward. His loving wife and three sons will forever cherish the memories of a remarkable husband, father, and leader.

In honor of Jeff’s memory, Regal Ware will continue to embody the values and principles he held dear, ensuring that his legacy lives on through the company he loved.

Planning Out Your Random Acts of Kindness
