Saladmaster's Leadership Team

Ayo Olaseinde

As President, Ayo is responsible for the global sales and daily operations of Saladmaster. He joined Saladmaster in 2004, and has since grown from owning his own Saladmaster Dealership to serving as the President of Saladmaster UK, Ltd. In May 2018, Ayo was appointed President of Saladmaster.

Due to his leadership, the European, Middle Eastern and Africa Division has been one of Saladmaster’s fastest growing divisions since 2008. He has expanded the brand through distribution and development of Independent Authorized Dealerships by helping people take advantage of the Saladmaster opportunity.

Under Ayo’s leadership, Saladmaster UK, Ltd. was recognized multiple times by the Direct Selling Association UK as one of the top direct selling organizations in the country, awarded the Excellence Award in 2014 and was a finalist for the Company with Heart award in 2016. He was also personally awarded the prestigious Leadership Award in 2015.

Ayo has served on Saladmaster’s Senior Leadership Team since 2014 and has the reputation of being a trusted leader. The key to his success has been the ability to develop people, inspire teams and help others fulfill their dreams. His goal is to build on the success of Saladmaster and to create a pipeline of leaders to build the best direct sales opportunity in the world.

Mark George
Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Division

Mark serves as the Senior Vice President of the Asia Pacific Division, which expands from China to New Zealand, and includes South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Viet Nam, New Zealand and Australia.

Since 2008, Mark has been instrumental in building the first truly international, global-based businesses for Saladmaster throughout the Asia Pacific Division. His Division historically has the largest number of Master Dealers and Executive Guests represented at each Saladmaster function, and has had the largest percentage growth, territorially and divisionally, over multiple years. Prior to Saladmaster, Mark was the past President for the Olean, New York Industrial Management Council.

Mark’s goal is for Saladmaster to be experienced in every household. His second goal is to have the Asia Pacific Division become the largest Division in the Saladmaster family.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Asia Concentration, from the University of Pittsburgh, and then went on to do his Master Studies at Penn State University. He was an Adjunct Professor St. Bonaventure University, and has been a key note and guest speaker on International Business Expansion at the Direct Selling Association, DSEF Academic Symposium, DSA International Seminar, University of Southern California MBA and International Business and Economy Conference.

Rusty Wright
Vice President of Marketing

A seasoned global marketing and sales executive, Rusty Wright has built a broad international experience helping to create brand leadership in both mass and prestige consumer packaged goods. Over the past twenty-five years, Rusty has worked for some of the world’s leading multinationals including Unilever, Avon, Coty and, Mary Kay where he established a successful track record in building and implementing strategies of brand and business development in both mature and developing markets.

He has help launch new products and manage portfolios for global designer, lifestyle and celebrity brands including Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Nautica, Kenneth Cole, Chloe, Davidoff and Jennifer Lopez to name a few. Rusty brings a thorough understanding of the global markets and the international consumer having lived and worked on three continents. His expertise includes managing multicultural businesses and teams in North America, Europe and Asia covering retail, direct selling, and distributor management.

Rusty’s strong analytical skills and extensive consumer research experience have helped in addressing consumer and trade customer needs, and developing new business models. He also maintains a strong global product development knowledge with more 20 years of concept, package and brand development experience. Rusty’s extensive work within the direct-selling channel have given him a deep appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit of the independent sale force.
