Planning Out Your Random Acts of Kindness

Saladmaster Wants You to Be a Force for Good

One of the easiest ways to feel better is to do something kind for someone else. While large gestures can make a huge impact, such as donating your time and money to a nonprofit, small gestures can make a huge difference in a person’s day without requiring much effort on your part. Imagine the collective impact if more people decide to focus on lifting up others! We can be a force for good simply by getting in the habit of being kind.

Random acts of kindness still require some intentionality and forethought. We have to commit to kindness and create a plan. Start with a checklist of random acts of kindness that you feel comfortable doing. Then set a goal for checking these items off your list. Start small. Maybe only one act a day for an entire month? Once it becomes a habit, you might expand the list or increase your kind acts.
