Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin, cooked or canned
1 cup white sugar(or 2 tsp of stevia)
4 eggs
 

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. Add pumpkin and eggs. Blend well.
  3. Add mix to electric skillet on top of parchment paper. Use your timer and bake for 50 minutes at 305°F.
