I have recently returned from the Paralympic Games held in Vancouver [the Paralympics follow the Olympics and is the comparable competitive arena for world-class disabled athletes]. While I was in Vancouver I had the pleasure of using Saladmaster pans for cooking my own meals while I was at this international competition. Your representative in Sweden, Hulda Ossurardottir, had sold my parents a set of cookware and they lent it to me to take on this trip.

 

I have been a gluten-free vegan for about a year and after making this transition in diet I have been staying healthy. I don’t get colds even during the times when I’m training the hardest. I must say that I’m extremely pleased with Saladmaster cookware! The food tastes so much better and it’s a great feeling knowing that it’s free from harmful coatings.

 

I’m certain that Saladmaster will help me become even healthier and that will help me cut even more time off my events and lead me to my goal – to win a medal in the London 2012 Paralympics!
