HOW TO REQUEST PRODUCT SERVICE
For service on your Saladmaster product you may contact your local Authorized Saladmaster dealership. They can perform the rest of this process for you.
Saladmaster Programs & Policies
If service should be necessary, send the product with a description of the claimed defect to the dealer from whom the product was purchased. In the event you are unable to locate the dealer, you may send the product directly to the Saladmaster Service Center by following the steps below. Any part or parts which, upon examination by the manufacturer, are found to be defective will be repaired or replaced without charge, except for shipping and a $4.00 (US) handling fee, during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or alterations.
Saladmaster will, at its sole option, repair or replace the Cookware, and return it to the purchaser with a charge for shipping and handling only. Burned, warped or pitted cookware is a result of improper use and not covered by this warranty.
Replacement Parts Service:
Should a handle or knob become broken accidentally, it can be replaced for a minimum charge by writing to Saladmaster at the address above. Please identify the type of replacement (long handle, short handle or cover knob). For prompt service, visit www.saladmaster.com and click on the Customer Care section to download a Replacement Parts Price List and Order Form.
Saladmaster agrees to repair or replace your entire set of Saladmaster Cookware, or any part thereof, at one-half the then current retail price at such time it is accidentally lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged by fire, storm or earthquake. Proof of loss must be submitted to Saladmaster within 60 days of its occurrence.
Just complete the online Service Request Form and include with the item(s) for inspection to process the request. Item(s) with no form will be returned unserviced.

Step 2: Print the online Service Request Form. Be sure to print 2 copies- one to send with your cookware and one for your records.
Step 3: Securely pack your product and your printed Service Request Form. Be sure to use protective packing materials for safe transport of shipment.
OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. OR CANADA
